EFT and LOA; Answer from the Universe by Wendy Stout.

Three years ago I decided that I wanted to live out in the country.  I wanted 2-5 acres, a pond, a stream, a little house and “his and hers” barns.  At an EFT workshop I included that in a “check” I wrote out to me from the Universe.

Then I forgot about it.

My husband works for a non-profit organization that builds homes (he’s a carpenter, plumber and electrician - a real handyman) and I am an EFT coach, a college student and a volunteer as a tiler, drywaller and painter  A year later we were house hunting and found exactly that!  Not for the $300,000 I had written on the check, but for a very, very affordable $63,000!

I laughed and laughed.  I had thought I was specific.

It was 5 acres with a pond, stream, meadow, woods, a little house and two barns.  Sounds perfect. But the house was falling apart and the barns were incomplete with holes in the roof that you could put a tractor through!  In actuality, we paid $12,000 an acre for the land and they thought we were going to tear down the house and rebuild.  Anyone with a lick of common sense would have!  So that night, even before we placed an offer, I was pondering the place.  I got what I asked for, now how was I going to be able to afford to fix it up?  I said, “It will be interesting to see how the Universe brings this to me.”

Two days later my husband called me from work.  A developer was going to demolish a house and he had given the non-profit the right to come in and take whatever they could to resell in their used construction store.  When they were done, my husband could take whatever was left.  He called me to show me this mansion.  I suggested that we needed to get a portable storage unit and fill it up.  My husband laughed.  Then an hour later, he called me and asked me to get one delivered.  We had from Wednesday until Saturday to take what we could.  We called family and friends to help. We pulled up 1,000 square feet of select oak flooring, 3 toilets, 2 glass shower walls, light switches and outlets, recessed lighting, a California closet, doors, windows, etc.  Then the storage box was delivered to our driveway. Good thing they accepted our offer!

We fixed the storage barn, put the supplies in it, created a workshop in his barn and for two years we have been happily gutting and rebuilding this cottage one room at a time.  We love it.  We have having lots of fun.  Remodeling is our hobby and we are so grateful to have received exactly what we wanted.

How did this all come about?  I asked for something specific, albeit not specific enough it turned out!  Then I had faith and relaxed.  There was no fear about it not occuring. I asked for the outcome and not the exact path it would take. That’s a very important LOA step. Who could possibly have planned to get the supplies the way they arrived?

A week before Jason asked for us to send in our Law Of Attraction stories, a friend asked me to combine my EFT class with a LOA class.  I have been outlining my new workshop with her and a few friends.  So actually, sending in this story is another answer from the Universe.  Two stories for the price of one.  Ask, nothing doubting, and you shall receive!
